Through a friend's referral , I contacted Jenny to help rehabilitate a chronic ankle injury. I rolled my ankle while training and participating in triathlon. As my triathlon season was winding down, i felt it was time to get healed and get ready for next year. In our initial consultation, she took the time to ask specific questions about my injury, my training regimen, and my goals for rehab. She conducted an assessment including mobility exercises to determine the extent of my ankle injury. We both decided on a rehab plan and we started the treatment. With each session, she would explain what she was going to do, why it's important, and how it would help me. She gave me mobility exercise to work on in between our sessions. After 6 sessions, I felt no ankle pain, very little tightness, and came away feeling confident about moving forward with my training schedule again.
