Depending on your specific sport, I will help you configure a plan to improve your sport performance or rehabilitate following injury. We will identify the movement dysfunction or problem tissue and begin the rehab process from that point. From a dynamic movement perspective, we may have to individually break down each component of the skill and determine where the source of dysfunction is. From there we incorporate whole body movement and neuromuscular control training to maximize performance.
